All Handcrafted Items are sold with a 60 day guarantee on mechanisms. Care must always be given to not throw, chew or wash your pens! We will replace and /or repair your product during this time free of charge.

If for any reason, you have questions or problems with your pen, please contact us. There is a 20% restocking fee.
